At Easter, we gather around good food
The days are getting longer, the sun is warming the streets, and the city is beginning to awaken to spring. Easter is the perfect time to pause for good food, loved ones, and unhurried moments together.
In Olo Collection’s restaurants in central Helsinki, Easter appears on the plate in fresh flavour pairings and surprising dishes, where passion and the joy of cooking take even familiar flavours in a more interesting direction. And when a good wine or a carefully crafted cocktail is poured into the glass, a successful evening is pretty much complete.

Plates that make you smile, sunny terraces, chilled drinks, sparkling laughter, great vibes, fresh Finnish crayfish… Our central Helsinki restaurants and terraces are some of the very best places to spend a summer’s day. And the selection is endless!
Our beautiful summer restaurant Särkänlinna is open from early May until the end of September. In the first and last weeks of the season, it operates as a private-booking venue, and its à la carte opens in mid-May.
Our joyful crayfish season kicks off every year on July 21 and continues right through to the end of September. The city’s most legendary crayfish parties have been held at Särkänlinna for over 100 years. We’ll publish the Särkänlinna crayfish menu in June – but you can book your own party right now!

Father’s Day Lunch in Helsinki – give an unforgettable Father’s Day gift
Whether dad loves fish or meat grilled over an open fire, silky Italian risotto, Nordic delicacies, or refined Franco-Japanese flavours, we’ve got plenty of ways to make his day special on the second Sunday of November. Menus and times will be posted here by October.




The City’s Best Christmas
We start preparing for the festive season early – in August, in fact – because that’s when the best pre-Christmas party spots get booked.

Our restaurants also serve wonderful Christmas lunches, available in all venues from late November through December. Menus will be posted here by October.
And of course, the season ends with New Year’s Eve celebrations. All our restaurants are in central Helsinki, making them the perfect place to start, finish, or spend the whole night enjoying great food and drinks.

Chef’s Dinner
Twice a year, all our head chefs gather in one kitchen to create a dinner you can’t experience anywhere else. Each Chef’s Dinner is built around a special theme and hosted in one of our central Helsinki restaurants. Menus and prices are announced about two months before each event. A ticket to a Chef’s Dinner also makes a wonderful gift for any food lover!



Truffle Weeks – Winter’s Most Luxurious Moment
Every February, our restaurants celebrate French black winter truffles – each in their own unique way.
Our truffles come from Maison Pébeyre in Southwest France, a family estate founded in 1897. Each truffle is hand-picked and carefully inspected. Known as the “black diamonds” of Périgord, their deep umami flavour and perfect texture bring structure and richness to every dish, enhancing flavours with their powerful aroma.
